3 Free Tokens Every Month
Every member starts with 3 reveal tokens each month — no extra cost. Use them to ask a reviewer to reveal their identity.
Spend 1 Token to Ask
Found a rating you're curious about? Spend 1 token to send a reveal request to that reviewer, asking them to share who they are.
Declined? No Token Spent
If the reviewer chooses to stay anonymous and declines your request, you get your token back — no charge, no hard feelings.
Accepted? You Both Win
If the reviewer accepts, they reveal their profile to you — and you can review them in return if you'd like. As a thank-you for being transparent, the reviewer earns a bonus token for that month.

Before a meet-up, choose up to 3 trusted contacts from the community to be notified of your plan. They'll know who you're meeting, where, and when — so someone always has your back.
Emergency Contact
Add an emergency contact outside the app — a friend or family member who can be reached if something goes wrong. Your safety net extends beyond the platform.
Location Sharing
Optionally share your live location with your trusted contacts during the meet-up. They can check in on you without being intrusive — only if you choose to enable it.
Step 1: Arrived Safely
When you arrive at your meet-up, tap "I've Arrived Safely" to let your trusted contacts know you made it there. They'll be notified instantly so someone always knows you're where you're supposed to be.
Step 2: Home Safe
After the meet-up, tap "I'm Home Safe" to confirm you made it back. This closes the loop on your safety plan — your trusted contacts know the entire outing went smoothly from start to finish.
Automatic Overdue Alerts
If you don't check in as arrived within 3 hours, or don't mark yourself home safe within 12 hours of your meeting time, your trusted and emergency contacts are automatically alerted with your meet-up details — no action needed if you're in trouble.
Agree or Decline Requests
Every meet-up request requires mutual agreement. You can review the plan, the person, and the details before accepting or declining — no pressure, no surprises.

Founder, First Impression
I built First Impression because I was looking for answers myself.
After trying other dating apps, I found myself getting more matches and attention from bots than from real people. I often couldn't tell who was genuine and who was fake. Eventually, it made me start questioning myself. Was I simply getting older? Was I not as attractive as I used to be?
There was a time when getting attention from women came easily. As I got older, I started wondering what had changed. Was it my hair? Did I still have style? Was I physically fit enough? Were my teeth okay? Did I come across as intimidating? Most importantly, what do other people actually see when they first see or meet me?
Those questions became the idea behind First Impression.
I wanted to create a place where real people could get honest answers about how they are perceived — not from bots, fake profiles, or algorithms, but from other verified people.
I almost gave up on the idea halfway through building it. I quickly realized just how cruel people can be to strangers online when there is little accountability for what they say. That changed the direction of First Impression.
Instead of creating another platform where people can anonymously tear each other down, I wanted to build a safer, accountable community where people can give and receive honest, constructive feedback. A place for people who genuinely want another perspective and are willing to provide that same honesty to someone else.
First Impression was built from questions I had about myself. My hope is that it can help other people find some of the answers they've wondered about themselves, too.
