First Impression is intended exclusively for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account, users confirm they are at least 18. Accounts suspected of belonging to minors are immediately suspended and removed. We do not knowingly collect or process data from anyone under 18.

The following are strictly prohibited on First Impression. Violations result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban:

• •Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to NCMEC and law enforcement
• •Sexual exploitation or trafficking of any kind
• •Harassment, bullying, or targeted cruelty toward any user
• •Non-consensual intimate imagery (revenge porn)
• •Hate speech, discrimination, or degrading content based on race, gender, orientation, religion, or disability
• •Threats of violence or physical harm
• •Illegal drug sales, weapons trafficking, or other criminal activity
• •Impersonation or fake profiles
• •Spam, scams, or deceptive practices

Users can report inappropriate content, messages, or accounts directly within the app using the Report option available on every profile, comment, and message. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team promptly — typically within 24 hours. Content found to violate our standards is removed immediately, and offending accounts are suspended or permanently banned.

Users who violate our community rules may face:

• •Temporary account suspension
• •Permanent account ban
• •Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies when illegal activity is detected

Identity verification is required for Dating and 18+ features. Verified members must submit a government-issued ID and complete a live biometric face match via Stripe Identity. This ensures that the person behind the profile is real, of legal age, and who they claim to be — reducing fake profiles, catfishing, and underage access.

First Impression employs a combination of user reporting, automated monitoring, and manual review to detect and remove violating content. Our moderation team also monitors patterns of behavior — such as users who consistently leave cruel or degrading feedback — and takes corrective action to protect community standards.

First Impression exists to build confidence, not break it. Every member is here to lift others up through honest, constructive, and respectful feedback. Any form of bullying, cruelty, or degrading behavior is taken seriously and actioned immediately. We hold our community to the highest standards of respect and integrity.
